I have no objection to the accuracy of the transcript from 11 September 2009. Please have the court reporter and judge sign that transcript. I have returned my unsigned copy to the court clerk.

I previously paid $75 for the court reporter to prepare that transcript from my hearing on 11 September 2009. The previous Court order said the price was $50.

I have filed a Rebuttal Brief in response to WBIR-TV’s Response Brief. It is filed with the court clerk, without courtesy copy to Judge Leibowitz, per Local Rules.
